Wedding Receptions

Wedding/Shoemake Hall Packages


  • Half Hall $225 - Comfortable seating for 60 guests
  • Full Hall $450 - Comfortable seating for 200 guests

Both Packages include:

  • Set up from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the reception
  • Set up on the day of reception from 8:00 a.m. - 12 Noon
  • Kitchen Facilities
  • Bar Set-up
  • Bartender
  • Set-up, tear down of seating arrangement
  • Building attendent
  • Reserved parking for both the bride and groom's parents and grandparents

Park Shelter Reservations

All shelters are available to the general public on a first-come, first-serve basis (unless properly reserved through the Bureau County Metro Center).

Reservations are not automatically made for the following year. Parties requiring a reservation more than one year in advance may submit a written request to the Princeton Park District Board. Reservations must be made in person at least five days in advance of rental at the BCMC accompanied by the reservation fee.

In addition to shelter reservation fees, a corporation or other special event will be billed for garbage removal and other specialized services provided by the Princeton Park District. These types of events require a planning meeting with the Park District Executive Director and/or Superintendent of Parks.
