Junior Weight Training

Here is the class designed especially for your needs. Program will teach warm-up, stretching, and basic weight lifting principles. Learn proper, safe, and beneficial ways to life under the supervision of oour staff. Upon completion of this program, student will be eligible to use the weight room.

Location: Bureau County Metro Center Weight Room
Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Session 1: January 5 - 21
Session 2: February 2 - 18
Ages: 12-17 year olds
Time: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Fee: $25/$30/$35

You're never to old to hunt for eggs in the dark, especially when they are filled with candy and chances to win cool prizes. This exclusive event is for Jr. High youth in grades 6th - 8th. The night includes the following: flashlight egg hunt, pizza, music, prizes, and fun. Please bring your own flashlight. Registration is appreciated. Please sign up by calling (815) 872 - 0840.
