PUBLIC HEARING MEETING MINUTES
OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
PRINCETON PARK DISTRICT
NOVEMBER 16, 2009

CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order by President Englehart at 12:00 p.m. at the Bureau County Metro Center, Princeton, Illinois.

ROLL CALL:

Present were Commissioner Gene Englehart; Executive Director, Elaine Russell; and Attorney Drew Russell.

PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE BID OPENING FOR
2009 PRINCETON PARK DISTRICT GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND
IN THE AMOUNT OF $590,000

Attorney Russell opened the following bids which were received in regard to the 2009 Princeton Park District General Obligation Bond $590,000 Issue:

Centrue Bank 1.65%, No fee
Citizens First National Bank 2.30%, $500 fee

The bid received from Central Bank at 12:04 p.m. had to be disregarded due to receipt after the noon deadline.

Attorney Russell will present the bids to the Board and awarding of the 2009 Princeton Park District General Obligation Bond in the amount of $590,000 will be done at the Regular Meeting held on November 16th at 4:30 p.m.

With no questions from the public, President Englehart closed the Public Hearing at 12:11 p.m.
